i've said it before, i'll say it again
don’t feel trapped by traditional meal time components.  i just had a giant salad for breakfast because i was craving lettuce and feta.  eat what you want when you want it, you’re less likely to binge later. also, you know how i was raving about that banana cream whey?  now just thinking about it is making me sick.  i think i’ve just had too much of it in the last few weeks....

i woke up early this morning to do burn intervals

oh good lord.
Optimum Nutrition Banana Cream 100% whey.  New favorite.  That’s only the second flavor I’ve liked.  Strawberry is awful.  So now I have banana and double rich chocolate.  I might try cookies and cream next.  I just like having options so I don’t get sick of anything.  Also I’ve only mixed it with water, which is A+.  Don’t need the calories from milk.

I got a job and I’m still pondering whether I should join a gym, or go through Chalean Extreme one more time, the right way, eating well, and seeing the results like they’re supposed to happen first.  Then follow up with 5x5, because by then focusing on strength will be absolutely necessary.
